17 Presently pending before the court is plaintiff GS Holistic, LLC’s (“plaintiff’s”) motion for default judgment against defendant Waleed Smoke Shop Inc., d/b/a Smokers Gift Shop, and defendant Waleed Abdul Rashid (“defendants”). (ECF No. 14.) To date, defendants have not opposed plaintiff’s motion or otherwise made appearances in this action.
