Pending before the court are respondent’s request for judicial notice (ECF No. 21) and various requests for relief filed by petitioner (ECF Nos. 23, 24, 26-28, 30, 32, 35-37). I. Respondent’s “Notice” and Request for Judicial Notice By order filed April 21, 2023, respondent was directed to respond to the petition within thirty days. ECF No. 15.
