GIGANOVA, L.P, et al., 14 DAY DEADLINE Defendants. 13 14 On November 17, 2023, Plaintiff Jose Escobedo (“Plaintiff”) filed his Complaint against 15 Defendants Giganova, L.P., Tom Sarun doing business as Launderland, Andy Moua doing business 16 as Asian Kitchen, Pada Ly Vang doing business as Pada Salon, and Jesus Maria Millan doing 17 business as La Placita Restaurant (“Defendants”), alleging claims under the American with 18 Disabilities Act (“ADA”), California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act (“Unruh Act”), and California’s 19 Health and Safety Code. (Doc. 1). These claims stem from alleged barriers Plaintiff encountered 20 while he visited four facilities owned, operated, or leased by Defendants. (See id.) Only Defendant 21 Pada Ly Vang has answered the complaint. (Doc. 5.) 22 Based upon the Ninth Circuit opinion in Vo v. Choi, the Court will order Plaintiff to show 23…
