Turner (“Plaintiff”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Currently before the Court is Plaintiff’s Motion to Dispute 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(2), filed December 29, 2023, which the Court construes as a motion for relief from the filing fee. (ECF No. 15.) In his motion, Plaintiff states that money is being withdrawn from his account more than three times a month, and 20 percent does not seem accurate to his account. Plaintiff has attached a recent copy of his inmate trust account statement showing withdrawals made during the month of December 2023. (Id. at 3.)
