For the reasons stated below, the Court GRANTS provisional certification of the settlement class, APPOINTS Plaintiffs as Class Representatives and Plaintiffs’ counsel as Class Counsel, GRANTS preliminary approval of the class action and PAGA settlements, and APPROVES the Notice of Settlement and the Settlement Administrator.
