17 Presently pending before the court is plaintiff GS Holistic, LLC’s (“plaintiff’s”) motion for default judgment against defendant Kings Smoke Shop and defendant Fathye Kassim (“defendants”). (ECF No. 22.) To date, defendants have not opposed plaintiff’s motion or otherwise made appearances in this action. For the reasons set forth below, the court DENIES plaintiff’s motion without prejudice. ///// 24 1 Plaintiff’s motion was filed on August 30, 2023, and a motion hearing was set for October 18, 25 2023, before Magistrate Judge Boone.
