The court has approved the joinder of two remedial efforts — the data remediation process 22 and finalization of a list of “key indicators” for the Continuous Quality Improvement Tool (CQIT). See generally January 4, 2023 Order, ECF No. 7695. Ultimately, this joinder aids 24 efficient completion of both tasks; it also is now apparent that the court needs to provide strict 25 guidelines to ensure timely completion.
