MICHELLE WINBERG; LAURAHENDRIX; DUSTIN HALEY and DOES1-100 al., Defendants. 17 This matter is before the court on plaintiff’s motion for an order imposing sanctions on Defendant Rescue Union School District (“RUSD”) for violation of this Court’s November 17, 2023 Order compelling production of documents, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 37 and Local Rule 251(e). ECF No. 25. RUSD opposed the motion. ECF No. 27. The parties appeared before the court on January 31, 2023 for oral argument. For the reasons stated below, the motion for sanctions is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. I. BACKGROUND A.
