17 Presently pending before the court is plaintiff Darren Gilbert’s (“plaintiff’s”) motion for default judgment against defendants Ramos Diaz Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Guayabitos Restaurant, and defendant Godavri Properties, LLC (hereinafter “defendants”). (ECF No. 23.) After defendants failed to file an opposition to the motion, the motion was submitted on the record and written briefing pursuant to Local Rule 230(g). (ECF No. 26.)
