15 Defendant, 17 Plaintiff Demas Rubino is proceeding in this action pro se. This matter was referred to the undersigned in accordance with Local Rule 302(c)(21) and 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1). On April 14, 2023, the undersigned issued an order setting this matter for a Status (Pretrial Scheduling) Conference on May 26, 2023. (ECF No. 28.) On April 19, 2023, plaintiff filed a request to continue the status conference so that plaintiff could obtain counsel. (ECF No. 29.) The undersigned granted that request, continued the status conference to May 26, 2023, and ordered plaintiff file a status report on or before July 14, 2023. (ECF No. 30.)
