(ECF No. 1.) On December 28, 17 2023, Plaintiff filed a motion for a preliminary injunction. (ECF No. 8.) On January 2, 2024, 18 Findings and Recommendations were issued to deny Plaintiff’s motion for a preliminary 19 injunction. (ECF No. 9.) On January 25, 2024, Plaintiff filed objections to the Findings and 20 Recommendations and a separate notice of appeal.
