On July 28, 2023, defendants filed a motion to compel further responses to requests for discovery. ECF No. 29. On October 24, 2023, plaintiff was ordered to file a response to the motion within thirty days. ECF No. 38. In the same order, plaintiff was informed that failure to file a response would result in a recommendation that this action be dismissed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). The thirty day period has now expired, and plaintiff has not responded to the court’s order. ECF No. 41.
