Nos. 12, 16) 16 Defendant. 17 18 19 Jeannette Cummings (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of a final decision of the 20 Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner” or “Defendant”) denying her application for 21 disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act. (Doc. No. 1). The matter is currently 22 before the Court on the parties’ briefs, which were submitted without oral argument. (Doc. Nos. 23 12, 16-17). For the reasons set forth more fully below, the Court grants Plaintiff’s motion for 24 summary judgment, denies Defendant’s cross motion for summary judgment, and remands the 25
