17 Deadline: March 13, 2024 18 19 On January 24, 2024, Plaintiff Jose Escobedo filed a motion for default judgment against 20 Defendant Maninder Singh, as Trustee under the Nirbhai Singh Revocable Living Trust Agreement 21 dated May 10, 2018.1 (Doc. 10.)
