15 SECURITY, 16 Defendant. 17 18 19 Plaintiff seeks judicial review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security 20 (“Commissioner”), denying her application for Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) on behalf 21 of her child under Title XVI of the Social Security Act (the “Act”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381-1383f.1 22 For the reasons that follow, the court will grant plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment and 23 deny the Commissioner’s cross-motion for summary judgment. 24 //// 25 ////
