15 Defendant. 16 17 On April 27, 2021, Plaintiff Tammy Gutierrez (“Plaintiff”) initiated this action in the 18 Superior Court of the State of California, County of Kern. (Doc. 1). Defendant removed the action 19 to this Court on December 29, 2021. Id. 20 Following Plaintiff's filing of a Notice of Settlement on October 16, 2023 (Doc. 49), the 21 Court vacated all case management dates and directed the parties to file dispositional documents 22 within 30 days (e.g., no later than November 16, 2023), or, on or before that date, show cause to 23 extend the time for filing dispositional documents. (Doc. 51).
