(Doc. 18). The 19 parties agree to an award of attorney’s fees to counsel for Plaintiff Jacob Wynne (“Plaintiff”), 20 Laura E. Krank of the Law Offices of Lawrence D. Rohlfing, Inc., in the amount of $4,600.00 21 pursuant to the EAJA, 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d). Id. The stipulated motion requests no costs under 22 28 U.S.C. § 1920. 23 On December 13, 2023, the Court entered an order on the parties’ stipulation to grant 24 voluntary remand and remanded this matter to the Commissioner for further proceedings 25 pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
