17 This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion to compel arbitration. (Doc. No. 46.) On September 27, 2023, the pending motion was taken under submission on the papers pursuant to Local Rule 230(g) after it was reassigned to the undersigned. (Doc. Nos. 50, 53.) For the reasons explained below, the court will grant defendant’s motion to compel arbitration. BACKGROUND On September 21, 2022, plaintiff Rick D. Fox initiated a consumer credit action against defendants Experian Information Solutions, Inc. (“defendant”) and Trans Union, LLC. (Doc. No. 1.)
