15 Respondent. (Doc. 6) 16 17 Taariq Kaaleeq Jackson-Bey is a federal prisoner proceeding pro se with a petition for 18 writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. This matter was referred to a United States 19 Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 20 On January 8, 2024,1 the magistrate judge issued findings and recommendations, which 21 concluded that the Court should dismiss the petition for lack of jurisdiction. (Doc. 6.) The Court 22 served the findings and recommendations on Petitioner and notified the parties that any objections 23 were to be filed within 30 days of the date of service of the findings and recommendations.…
