17 This matter is before the Court for screening. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2). Plaintiff, Ignacio Lemus, is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging various constitutional violations. (Doc. No. 1, “Complaint”).
