INTRODUCTION

21 Pamala Leadbetter Dean (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of a final decision of the 22 Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner” or “Defendant”) denying her application for 23 disability benefits pursuant to the Social Security Act.
