California now moves for an order to show cause why Rose should not be held in contempt for failure to comply with the court’s preliminary 23 injunction order. California also moves to hold Rose in contempt. For the reasons below, 24 the court denies the motion for an order to show cause as moot and grants the motion to 25 hold Rose in contempt.
