California now moves for an order to show cause why Rose 22 | should not be held in contempt for failure to comply with the court’s preliminary 23 | injunction order. California also moves to hold Rose in contempt. For the reasons below, 24 | the court denies the motion for an order to show cause as moot and grants the motion to 25 | hold Rose in contempt.
