Sandra Graham asserts that Sunnova Energy International, Inc., violated Plaintiff’s privacy and accessed her credit report without a permissible purpose. Graham seeks to hold Sunnova liable for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, California’s Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies Act, and invasion of privacy. (See generally Doc. 12.)
