17 Sandra Graham asserts that Sunnova Energy International, Inc., violated Plaintiff’s privacy and 18 accessed her credit report without a permissible purpose. Graham seeks to hold Sunnova liable for 19 violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, California’s Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies Act, 20 and invasion of privacy. (See generally Doc. 12.) Sunnova seeks dismissal of the First Amended 21 Complaint for lack of standing pursuant to Rule 12(b)(1) and failure to state a claim pursuant to Rule 22 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
