(collectively, “Defendants”) 19 seeking to recover for injuries sustained when she was terminated after she failed to 20 comply with Defendants COVID-19 vaccination policy due to her religious beliefs. 21 Presently before the Court is Defendants’ Partial Motion to Dismiss and Motion to Strike 22 portions of Plaintiff’s Complaint. ECF No. 12. For the following reasons, Defendants’ 23 Motion is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part with leave to amend.1 24 25 26
