MEMORANDUM AND ORDER 14 MCKESSON CORPORATION, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff Heidi Costamagna (“Plaintiff”) initiated this lawsuit against Defendants 18 McKesson Corporation and McKesson Medical-Surgical Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”) 19 seeking to recover for injuries sustained when she was terminated after she failed to 20 comply with Defendants COVID-19 vaccination policy due to her religious beliefs. 21 Presently before the Court is Defendants’ Partial Motion to Dismiss and Motion to Strike 22 portions of Plaintiff’s Complaint. ECF No. 12. For the following reasons, Defendants’ 23 Motion is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part with leave to amend.1 24 25 26
