Consequently, the Court reassigned the case to the 19 Magistrate Judge to conduct the trial and any other remaining actions in this case. (Doc. 173) 20 Now, Mr. Jackson seeks additional time to file a consent/decline form related to magistrate judge 21 jurisdiction.
