16 Tracye Benard Washington seeks to hold the defendant liable for deliberate indifference to his serious medical needs pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff seeks a temporary restraining order or other injunctive relief related to his housing, asserting the ventilation was deficient in the Short-Term Restricted Housing at the Substance Abuse Treatment Facility in Corcoran, and this puts his health at risk.
