11 ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ Plaintiff, MOTION TO STAY MERITS-BASED 12 DISCOVERY AND VACATE DEADLINES v. 13 (ECF No. 58) PASCUA, et al., 14 Defendants. 15 16 Plaintiff is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action filed pursuant 17 to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 18 Currently before the Court is Defendants’ motion to stay merits-based discovery pending 19 the resolution of their exhaustion-based motion for summary judgment, filed January 29, 2024. 20 Plaintiff did not file an opposition and the time to do so has passed.
