19 Petitioner Duane Edward Bronson (“Petitioner”) is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a

20 petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. (Doc. 1). The petition appears to 21 primarily seek review of a judgment of conviction and sentence imposed upon him in the Superior 22 Court of California, County of Fresno.
