17 18 This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion to compel arbitration and to dismiss 19 one of plaintiff’s claims. (Doc. No. 11.) On June 30, 2023, the pending motion was taken under 20 submission on the papers pursuant to Local Rule 230(g). (Doc. No. 14.)
