15 (Doc. 14) Defendant. 16 17 18 Irma Casillas De Magana (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of a final decision of the 19 Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner” or “Defendant”) denying her application for 20 disability insurance and supplemental security income benefits under the Social Security Act. 21 (Doc. 1). The matter currently is before the Court on the certified administrative record (Doc. 10) 22 and the parties’ briefs, which were submitted without oral argument. (Docs. 14, 20-21).2 23
