18 19 On December 29, 2023, Petitioner filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus in this Court. 20 The Court issued an order directing Petitioner to amend the Respondent. (Doc. 4.) Petitioner was 21 granted thirty (30) days to comply with the court order, and he was advised that failure to comply 22 would result in a recommendation that the petition be dismissed.
