R. HICKS, et al., APPEAL Defendants. (Doc. 26) 16 Thomas D. Braley, is a state prisoner, who sought to proceed in forma pauperis in this action. On June 20, 2023, the Court denied Plaintiff’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis and ordered Plaintiff to pay the filing fee within 21 days. (Doc. 19.) The Court cautioned Plaintiff that “failure to pay the required fee as ordered will result in the dismissal of the action without prejudice.” (Id. at 2.) On July 31, 2023, the Court denied Plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration of and directed Plaintiff to pay the filing fee within 20 days. (Doc. 21 at 3.)
