16 (Docs. 18, 27) 17 18 John Weece is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a petition for writ of habeas corpus 19 brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. This matter was referred to a United States Magistrate 20 Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. 21 The magistrate judge noted Petitioner appears to seek reconsideration of the Court’s order 22 on Respondent’s motion to dismiss.
