INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS TOWARD 16 FILING FEE 17 18 Pending before the Court is Plaintiff’s renewed motion to proceed in forma pauperis 19 (“IFP”) filed on March 4, 2024. (Doc. No. 87). Plaintiff, a former prisoner initiated this action 20 while he was incarcerated within the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. 21 (Doc. No. 1). Although currently released, Plaintiff remains obligated to pay the full amount of 22 the statutory filing fee. 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(1). As set forth in the Court’s January 9, 2024 23 Order, the total amount that remains due towards the $350.00 filing fee is $350.00. (Doc. No. 77 24 at 3). Due to Plaintiff’s…
