19 Plaintiff Raymond Bailey is a state prisoner proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in 20 this civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. (ECF Nos. 1, 7). Plaintiff filed his 21 complaint on November 21, 2023, alleging that six prison correctional officers violated his 22 constitutional rights by not assuring his safety and not attending to his medical needs. 23 On January 22, 2024, the Court screened the complaint and concluded that Plaintiff failed 24 to state any cognizable claims.
