17 18 Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, brings this action against the State Bar of California, its Board 19 of Trustees, and the Committee of Bar Examiners, alleging violations of the Americans with 20 Disabilities Act (“ADA”), California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act (“Unruh Act”), and a defamation 21 claim. ECF No. 4. Defendants move to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, failure to state a claim, 22 and improper venue. ECF No. 14.
