The matter was removed from the Plumas County Superior Court 19 under this Court’s diversity jurisdiction. See ECF No. 1. Pending before the Court are 20 Defendant’s motions for a protective order and to quash a deposition subpoena. See ECF Nos. 21 114, 115. The parties have not filed a joint statement as required under Local Rule 251, but 22 Plaintiffs have filed an opposition to both motions. See ECF Nos. 116, 117. Defendant has filed 23 a reply.
