ORDER 14 DOMETIC CORPORATION, 15 Defendant. 16 17 Plaintiffs, who are proceeding with retained counsel, bring this civil action 18 alleging products liability. The matter was removed from the Plumas County Superior Court 19 under this Court’s diversity jurisdiction. See ECF No. 1. Pending before the Court are 20 Defendant’s motions for a protective order and to quash a deposition subpoena. See ECF Nos. 21 114, 115. The parties have not filed a joint statement as required under Local Rule 251, but 22 Plaintiffs have filed an opposition to both motions. See ECF Nos. 116, 117. Defendant has filed 23 a reply.
