15 Defendant. 16 17 18 Plaintiff Adam Timothy Groom commenced this social security action on January 30, 19 2023. ECF Nos. 1-3.1 On September 28, 2023, the court granted the parties’ stipulation and 20 remanded the case for further proceedings pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). ECF 21 Nos. 21, 22. Presently pending before the court is plaintiff’s motion for attorneys’ fees pursuant 22 to the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”). ECF No. 23. The Commissioner did not file any 23 statement in opposition. After considering the briefing and the applicable law, the court grants 24 plaintiff’s motion for EAJA fees. 25 //// 26
