(Doc. 17). The parties agree to an award of attorney’s fees to counsel for Plaintiff Enrique Garcia, Jr. (“Plaintiff”), Melissa Newel, in the amount of $6,225.58 pursuant to the EAJA, 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d). Id. On February 6, 2024, the Court granted the parties’ stipulated motion to remand and remanded this matter to the Commissioner for further proceedings pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
