(Doc. 17). The 19 parties agree to an award of attorney’s fees to counsel for Plaintiff Enrique Garcia, Jr. 20 (“Plaintiff”), Melissa Newel, in the amount of $6,225.58 pursuant to the EAJA, 28 U.S.C. § 21 2412(d). Id. 22 On February 6, 2024, the Court granted the parties’ stipulated motion to remand and 23 remanded this matter to the Commissioner for further proceedings pursuant to sentence four of 24 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
