COVELLO, 15 Defendant. 16 17 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a civil rights action pursuant to 42 18 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff alleges that defendants violated his constitutional rights. Presently 19 before the court are plaintiff’s motions for equitable relief. (ECF Nos. 19, 20.) For the reasons 20 set forth below, the undersigned will recommend that the motions be denied. 21 I. Background 22 Plaintiff initiated this action with the filing of the original complaint. (ECF No. 1.) The 23 undersigned screened and dismissed the complaint for failure to state a claim. (ECF No. 11.) 24 The order also denied plaintiff’s motion for equitable relief without prejudice.
