COVELLO, Defendant. 16 Plaintiff is a state prisoner proceeding pro se with a civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff alleges that defendants violated his constitutional rights. Presently before the court are plaintiff’s motions for equitable relief. (ECF Nos. 19, 20.) For the reasons set forth below, the undersigned will recommend that the motions be denied. I. Background Plaintiff initiated this action with the filing of the original complaint. (ECF No. 1.) The undersigned screened and dismissed the complaint for failure to state a claim. (ECF No. 11.)
