17 18 19 On August 24, 2023, plaintiff Rosina Miranda filed this action seeking review of a final 20 decision of defendant Commissioner of Social Security. (Doc. No. 1.) On February 5, 2024, the 21 matter was remanded to the Commissioner of Social Security for further proceedings pursuant to 22 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). (Doc. No. 17.) On March 7, 2024, the parties filed a stipulation with the 23 court in which the parties agree that plaintiff shall be awarded attorney’s fees under the Equal 24 Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d), in the amount of $7,800.00 and court costs 25 under 28 U.S.C. § 1920 in the…
