MASON, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 17 Plaintiff is proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis in this civil rights action filed pursuant 18 to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. 19 On February 15, 2024, the Court issued an order to show cause why the action should not 20 be dismissed for Plaintiff’s failure to update his address of record. (ECF No. 42.) Plaintiff has 21 failed to file a response and the time to do so has passed. (Id.) 22 I. 23 DISCUSSION 24 Local Rule 183 provides, in pertinent part:
