15 Defendants. 16 Plaintiff brings the present suit against her former employer alleging discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Before the Court are Defendant Atomos Limited’s Motions to Dismiss for lack of Personal Jurisdiction and Forum Non Conveniens in which Defendants assert that this Court cannot exercise personal jurisdiction over Defendant, and that Australia is the proper forum for Plaintiff’s suit. Defendant Atomos, Inc. has joined the Motion to Dismiss for Forum Non Conveniens, but has not challenged personal jurisdiction. For the reasons below, the Court DENIES both motions and will retain jurisdiction over the case.1 //// ////
