Plaintiff 19 filed the complaint commencing this action on June 22, 2023. (ECF No. 1). Plaintiff alleged 20 that he was beaten by three officers at FCJ and that he was not getting medical treatment for his 21 injuries. (Id.) The Court screened his complaint on February 23, 2024.
