(ECF No. 1). This case is before the Court on 19 Plaintiff’s application to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP), filed on March 11, 2024. (ECF No. 4). 20 While the Court will ultimately grant the application because the available information indicates that Plaintiff cannot afford to prepay the filing fee, it notes that Plaintiff has provided false 21 allegations in his IFP application. 22 The Court normally requires prepayment of its filing fee for a civil action.
