19 INTRODUCTION 20 Plaintiff Danae Schmitzer (“Plaintiff”) seeks judicial review of a final decision of the 21 Commissioner of Social Security (“Commissioner”) denying her application for Disability Insurance 22 under Title II of the Social Security Act.
