The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and Local Rule 302. Before this Court are Plaintiff’s two motions, for the court to investigate his prison and for contempt. ECF Nos. 9, 11, respectively. For the reasons stated below, both motions will be denied. I.
