20 DAYS 21 22 Plaintiff, a state prisoner, brings this action under section 1983, and he has moved to 23 proceed in forma pauperis. ECF No. 5. He is, however, a three-striker within the meaning of 24 section 1915(g). See Joseph v. Penner, No. 2:18-cv-02597-JAM-DMC, at ECF Nos. 44 & 47.1
