17 Plaintiffs Jennifer Brum and Michael Camero filed this putative class action against defendants MarketSource Inc. (“MarketSource”) and Allegis Group, Inc. (“Allegis”), alleging claims for violations of the California Labor Code and California Business and Professions Code §§ 17200, et seq. ECF No. 16. Plaintiffs have filed a motion for class certification. ECF No. 70.
