16 Gerry Williams (“Plaintiff”) is proceeding in this civil rights action filed pursuant to 42 17 U.S.C. § 1983. Williams alleges that two medical providers at Kern Valley State Prison, 18 Defendants Physician Assistant Ogbuehi and Dr. Ulit, were aware of Plaintiff’s serious medical 19 need related to an active Hepatitis-C infection, yet were deliberately indifferent by failing to 20 provide him medication due to its expense. 21 Before the Court is the motion for summary judgment filed by Defendants…
